1300 and 1800 (Freecall) NumbersBusiness customers use this service to enable their clients to call them at a subsidised call charge using 13, 1300, 1800 prefixed numbers. Each 1300/1800 service has a single 1300/1800 service number that is either ten digits or six digits long.Calls can be made by the public to a 1300/1800 services from anywhere in Australia and can be terminated at customer-nominated site anywhere in Australia or overseas. Generally, callers pay no charge when calling numbers prefixed with 1800 and pay not more than a local call charge when calling numbers prefixed with 13 and 1300: exceptions apply for calls made from mobiles or from international locations. Number porting enables customers to transfer existing 13, 1300 and 1800 service numbers from other suppliers to U2Webservices when connecting to a 1300/1800 service. 1300/1800 service has the value added feature of voicemail and fax routing to desktops for all inbound faxes and voicemail to 13,1300 and 1800 prefixed numbers.
