Privacy Policy
We consider information collected in relation to customers as confidential. Any such information shall be retained by us in a secure environment. We will not sell or disclose to third parties any information collected in relation to providing this Unified Communications Service unless required by a court order or law of the State of New South Wales, Australia to do so. This privacy statement relates only to information collected by Unifier2 (trading as U2webservices), and not to any websites that may be linked through URL's or banners.

Security
When your orders are accepted for which payments are made online, we need to have a customer's name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and card expiry date. This enables us to process each order and to notify the customer regarding its status. By its nature, we cannot guarantee that information transmitted on the internet is 100% secure. To reduce this risk, we use a secure server for online credit cards transactions with up to date encryption methods. Information on this secure server is not available to our staff. However, these transactions are undertaken at the customer's risk, as we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit.
